Arraignment calendars are typically convened on most Mondays and Tuesdays at 9:30 am and 11:30 am, while trial calendars are scheduled for 1:30 pm.
If you are not slated for either an arraignment or trial calendar but wish to personally address other matters in court, you are welcome to visit the courthouse during the following days and hours:
Monday through Friday, between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.
Please note that we do not accept payments after 4:30 pm each day.

General Information:
The Municipal Court of Doraville exercises jurisdiction over traffic offenses and city ordinance violations that take place within the city limits of Doraville. Additionally, this Court presides over cases involving MARTA, Georgia State Patrol, and Georgia Department of Public Safety offenses that occur within Doraville’s city limits.
For certain offenses, it is possible to settle the fine without attending a court session on the date specified in your citation. However, some violations do require a mandatory court appearance. To ascertain whether your presence is necessary or if you can make a fine payment instead, please contact the court at 678-292-8583. Please allow a minimum of two (2) business days from the date you received your citation for the Court to receive and process your citation information.
If you are not required to attend court, you can pay your fine in person, online, or by mail. It is crucial that the court receives your payment by the court date indicated on your citation if you choose to settle the fine before the court date. Opting to pay your fine prior to the court date, in lieu of appearing in court, will result in a judgment of guilty being recorded for your case.
